It’s really funny being in the UK for yet another Australia day knowing that back at home in Oz, all my friends will be out watching the fireworks down on the Swan River as I am sitting here in work. It’s even more fun going to the Australian theme pubs here in the UK and drinking aussie beers, eating aussie foods (I hope) and signing aussie songs with a few fellow Australian’s and an even bigger crowd of poms who are just there because it’s a cheap night out with the aussies.Tonight, I am off into the centre of Manchester to go to the Walkabout Inn (an aussie theme pub) and hopefully meet up with a bunch of my fellow antipodeans and get hammered… in true Australian fashion.To all the aussies back home… it’s our day so Go Hard and Go home have a good one
